Most of our chemical products have a shelf life of 24-36 months when stored in original unopened packaging under recommended conditions (cool, dry place away from direct sunlight). Detailed storage instructions are provided on each product's COA and packaging label.

Standard lead time is 7-10 working days from order confirmation for in-stock products. Custom orders or blended products may require 15-20 working days. Shipping time depends on the destination and mode of transport.

Lead times vary by product and quantity. Standard orders typically ship within 7-14 working days after order confirmation and payment. Larger bulk orders may require 15-25 working days. We provide estimated shipping dates at the time of order confirmation.

We ship via air freight for smaller orders (samples, small drums) and sea freight for bulk/container orders. We work with major freight forwarders including Maersk, MSC, and DHL Global Forwarding. Door-to-door and FOB/CIF options are available depending on destination.

Yes, all shipments are fully trackable. Once your order dispatches, we provide a tracking number and shipping documentation via email. You can track your shipment through the carrier's website or through our portal upon request.

Yes, all shipments are insured against loss, theft, or damage during transit. Insurance coverage is included in our CIF quotes. For EXW or FOB shipments, insurance can be arranged at an additional cost upon request.

Payment & Pricing

We accept international wire transfers (TT), Letters of Credit (LC) from major banks, and for established clients, we offer flexible payment terms. Payment terms are typically 100% TT for first-time orders or LC at sight for larger transactions.

Yes, pricing is volume-dependent. We offer tiered pricing for bulk orders — the larger the quantity, the better the unit price. Contact our sales team with your required volume to receive a customized quotation with volume discounts applied.

Yes, minimum order quantities apply to most products. MOQs vary by product — typically 25kg for small-pack items, 180kg (one drum) for standard liquids, and 1 metric ton for bulk solids. Samples are available with lower MOQs.

Compliance & Safety

Yes, a Certificate of Analysis is provided with every shipment. Our COAs include detailed specifications, test methods, and results for each batch. We can also arrange third-party testing through SGS, Bureau Veritas, or Intertek at the buyer's request.

Yes, we welcome factory audits and third-party inspections. Our facility in India is open for scheduled visits. We also accept inspections by SGS, Bureau Veritas, or other accredited agencies prior to shipment. Please coordinate with our sales team to arrange.

For hazardous materials, we provide Safety Data Sheets (SDS/MSDS), dangerous goods declarations, and proper shipping labels. All hazardous shipments are packed according to IATA/IMDG/ADR regulations depending on the transport mode.
